1. Order Processing & Delivery Time
Total Delivery Time = Order Handling Time (Production) + Transit Time.
- Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT+7 - Indochina Time)
- Order Handling / Production Time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday)
- Processing Schedule: Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping transit times vary by destination and shipping method.

  • 1.32 – 1.54 lb: $19.15
  • 1.54 – 1.76 lb: $21.55
  • 1.76 – 1.98 lb: $23.95
  • 1.98 – 2.20 lb: $26.35
  • 2.20 – 2.42 lb: $28.75
  • 2.42 – 2.64 lb: $31.15
Shipping rates are calculated based on the shipment weight of the order. The applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout.

3. Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become active on the carrier's system.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Applicable taxes, if any, will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the shipping address and applicable requirements.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address. If a package is returned or becomes undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer, additional shipping or reshipping fees may apply.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@huduwear.com. We will work with our fulfillment and shipping partners to help resolve the issue.
