HUDUWEAR is an independent apparel brand creating original graphic apparel inspired by hobbies, pets, passions, humor, lifestyle, and everyday interests.
Our creative team is based in Vietnam and develops original artwork, graphic designs, and product concepts.
Our products are produced on demand through established printing and fulfillment facilities located in the United States. Orders are prepared, printed, and shipped directly to customers after purchase.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the HUDUWEAR website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.

3. Product Information
HUDUWEAR offers apparel products featuring original designs created by our creative team.
Because our products are produced on demand:

- Product specifications, designs, prices, and availability may be updated from time to time.
- We make reasonable efforts to display product information accurately, but we do not guarantee that every image or description will appear exactly the same on every device or display.
We recommend carefully reviewing the product description and Size Chart before placing an order.
4. Orders
When you place an order through HUDUWEAR, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete order information, including your name, shipping address, email address, and other information required to process your order.
After an order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Because our products are made to order, orders are prepared for production shortly after placement.
HUDUWEAR reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order when reasonably necessary, including in situations involving inaccurate information, suspected fraudulent activity, payment issues, product availability, or other circumstances affecting our ability to fulfill the order.
5. Order Modification & Cancellation
Because our products are made to order, orders can only be modified or canceled within 4 hours of placement.
After the 4-hour period, an order may already have entered production and can no longer be modified or canceled.

6. Pricing, Currency, and Taxes
All orders are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Product prices displayed on the website may change from time to time without prior notice.
Applicable shipping charges are calculated according to the shipping weight of the order and will be displayed at checkout where applicable.
Applicable taxes, if any, will be calculated and included or displayed at checkout based on the shipping address and applicable requirements.
Any currency conversion performed by PayPal or your financial institution may be subject to the applicable exchange rate and additional conversion fees.
7. Payment Methods
HUDUWEAR currently accepts payments through PayPal.
Depending on PayPal's eligibility requirements, PayPal may allow payment using:

- Other eligible debit or credit cards supported by PayPal
The availability of guest checkout and card payments without a PayPal account is determined by PayPal and may vary depending on the customer's location and eligibility.
Payment must be successfully authorized before production begins.
HUDUWEAR does not collect or store your payment information. Payment transactions are securely processed through PayPal.
8. Production and Fulfillment
HUDUWEAR uses an on-demand production model.
Our original artwork and product concepts are developed by our creative team in Vietnam. Once an order is placed, the product is produced through established printing and fulfillment facilities located in the United States.
Our on-demand model allows us to produce products after they are ordered rather than maintaining unnecessary finished inventory.
Production and fulfillment times may vary depending on the product, order volume, weekends, holidays, and other circumstances.

9. Shipping and Delivery
HUDUWEAR currently ships orders to destinations within the United States.
Our standard processing and delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy.
Current standard estimates for United States orders include:
- Handling / production: 1–3 business days
- Transit: 4–7 business days
Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT+7) or on weekends and holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Once an order has shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Tracking information may take approximately 24–48 hours to become active in the carrier's system.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier operations, weather, holidays, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

10. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.
If an order is returned or becomes undeliverable because of incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, additional shipping or reshipping fees may apply.
Please carefully review your shipping information before completing your purchase.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately within the 4-hour modification and cancellation period.
11. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements
HUDUWEAR accepts eligible return, refund, and replacement requests within 30 days from the date of delivery.
For defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled items, customers may be eligible for a free replacement or full refund after the issue has been reviewed and verified.
For defective or incorrect items, customers are generally not required to ship the product back. Photographic or video evidence may be requested.
For sizing issues, selecting the wrong color, or buyer's remorse, returns may be accepted within 30 days of delivery provided that:
- The item is unworn.
- The item is unwashed.
- The item remains in its original condition.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Eligible sizing or buyer's-remorse returns must be shipped to HUDUWEAR's primary business address in Vietnam after receiving return instructions from our support team.

All original content published on the HUDUWEAR website, including but not limited to:

is owned by or used by HUDUWEAR with appropriate rights.
